#whatsfordinner was a point of friction in my home for a while. I used to grimace when asked, "What's for dinner?" and if I didn't have an answer, I'd be flooded by guilt, anger, and frustration, though I didn't know why. While my inner exploration was an important part of resolving the situation, @anielsen's simple change has made dinnertime easy. Link in the bio for his elegant solution to this daily conundrum.

#Love is a funny word.

Last year, I started purging with the #KonMari Method just like I did in 2017. This time, nothing sparked joy when I held it, and everything somehow ended up in the donation bin — even things that I’d previously cherished. Naturally, as we grow and change, what sparks joy for us will also change, but, well, I panicked a little. Link in bio for how I decluttered when the KonMari Method didn't work.

Truly, the real show of love is when someone takes the time to choose what you'd really want. It's not about the designated time of year or obligation. And what I really want is no more presents (or maybe just a few more #stickers 😂). Who's with me?
